Dealer Wholesale Program

Thank you for your interst in being a dealer/installer for Gladius Offroad Products.

Below you will find all relevant information on our differnt dealer tiers. These are designed to be flexible and negotiable, to fit dealers of all sizes and shops of all types. Don’t be afraid to ask for something more specific if it fits your needs.

Discount Rate, Initial Order amount, and sales minimum.

Once you decide which tier you would like to go with, I will set your rate for you, in the form of a promotional code you can use sitewide. You can then either A. Place your initial order which should meet or exceed the amount posted (after discount), or, B. we can bill you for the amount, and it can be applied in the form of a credit on your account, which can be drawn against. That amount is non refundable.

Over the next 12 months, you will be required to purchase the remaining amount to meet the annual sales minumum, or your dealer account may be cancelled. These do not have to purchased all at once. Just within the 12 months after initial order. Your initial order counts towards the amount. The amount resets each year, but there is no initial purchase required.

Install Templates

Speed up “GLADIATOR” tailgate installs with larger install templates. These are available at a discount for all tiers. One free with Gold and up to two free with Gold+ tiers. Depending on the products you are installing, we can help with other templates as well.

Product Displays

Discounted product displays for counter display, or any other display items you may need. One free display with Gold tier. Two free with Gold+ tier.

Support

Quick response via text or phone available. Our response time is usually lighting fast, but we will put our dealers at the top of the list. Gold+ dealers will have a direct number to contact me.

In person support is available. This includes training for sales staff on how to sell emblems, and installtion training for installers. For Silver and gold tier the fee ranges based on location, and is only to cover basic travel expenses. For gold+ tier, there is no charge for the first day.

If you want to host an event or online giveaway, promotional support is available in the form of heavily discounted or free giveaway items. This could include Gladius Offroad branded merchandise as well as emblems.

Territories

We do not have or offer specific exclusive  territories, but we are limiting retail brick and mortar dealers to 1-3 per state. This is especially for our Gold tier and Gold+ tier dealers. We want you to have a large area with low competition. Sellers that are online only and shops that are “install only” and not selling our products are excluded from any restrictions, and may be located anywhere.

Licensing Requirements

All stores (brick and mortar and online) must be registered with our licensing company. We will handle this, but we will need to know all places you plan to sell any Gladius Offroad Mopar licensed products.

For our products that are licensed, and sold at retail, they must be displayed and sold with the Mopar Authorized Product logo. We can provide all products with retail packagaing to address that. We can provide a small sign if needed, free of charge, if you plan to display them in a case, and want to remove them from the packaging.

If you are installing products ONLY, and not selling cash and carry, there is nothing further you have to do, as we will provide the products to you, already including this.

For online sellers, this is as simple as displaying the graphics in the product listing.

We can discuss this with you prior and come up with the best plan of action, as this can get fairly in depth. There is so many potential variables, each type of dealer may require specific needs.

Agreement

Our dealer program is not a contract. It is solely a discount program, and you are considered the end user. You may choose to drop out at any time. You are under no obligation to meet annual sales minimums, but failure to meet annual minimums, may result in removal from your tier, or complete removal from our dealer program, the following year.

Gladius Offroad holds it’s products and reputation in high regard. Gladius Offroad  reserves the right to remove any dealer/installer, at any time, from our program, for failure to uphold the standards we require. Typically a warning will be given before hand. 

Due to the many variables involved in installing emblems, Gladius Offroad is not liabile for incorrectly installed products. 

All information in our dealer/installer program is subject to change at any time. Major changes, or any changes that negativley effect a dealer, will be notified before the change in implimented. For example, if we need to lower the discount rate, or drop a service, you will be notified prior, and the change won’t take effect until your year term is up.
