Custom Tailgate Emblem
These emblems are made from 1/8″ cast acrylic, and are laser cut. You can choose up to 10 letters. Letter height is around 4″ tall. First and last letters are slightly taller. Stacked letters will end up around 1/4″ thick. Outlines are approx 1/8″. If putting on your tailgate, you will need to remove any factory badging in the way, to install. They have 3m Double sided tape, also laser cut for a perfect fit, installed on the back. These are designed to cover any holes in the tailgate so letter ratio may need to be squished/stretched a tad depending on layout. Includes templates and instructions.

Letters
Choose up to 10 letters. If you need a symbol that isn’t listed, choose “other” and contact us. We can create it for you. The first and the last letter will be made a bit taller than the rest. We will include spacer templates that fit between 2 letters to give perfect spacing. The template piece in the center will have a mark to help you center the letters. For other fonts, please message us first. This is for custom words only. Nothing trademarked. If you want a special font style, please include that info. For special or characters fonts it is best to contact us first.
We will send you a proof to the email used for ordering before cutting, typically within 48 hours of ordering. If we don’t hear back within a couple days we will cut it as shown in the proof so please keep an eye out for the email.
Sizing
Typical size for 7-8 letters is around 44″ wide x 4″ tall. 9-10 letters may end up a hair shorter but same width. Under 7 letters, can sometimes be stretched taller without looking funny. We can make shorter words larger, even up to 6″ tall, but there may be an additional charge as these end up taking 3 sheets. Please contact us first if you want huge letters.
Style
2 Color – Our standard, 2 color stacked emblems. This can also be done with both layers the same color.
2 Color Negative – These are done 2 layers, but the top layer consists of an inside letter and a thin outline, which allows the bottom color to show through. If done in two colors, you will see both colors from the side. This can also be done with both layers the same color.
Elite – 2 or 3 colors, your choice. These are our top of the line emblems. We put a thin outline around the main letter, then these are placed on the bottom layer. They can be done in 2 or 3 colors.

Color choices listed are just more common colors. Most are stocked regularly, but some can take about a week to get. I can get hundreds of other colors and patterns, so feel free to ask if you have an idea! I DO NOT guarantee a color match to factory paint or other materials. I do my best to display the colors, but I cannot refund or exchange because you order a color that isn’t exactly what you wanted. If you want to order samples first, please contact me. WARNING! Lead Time
These are custom made 1 at a time. We will email you a proof within a few days of ordering. If you don’t respond with changes or go ahead, after 3 days, we will cut them emblem. If we have the color in stock, they are usually cut and shipped within a few days. If we have to order the colors it can take 1-2 weeks. Feel free to message us first to find out what colors we have. We try and keep most common colors in stock.
