Gladius Offroad will be partially closed for a family vacation, from April 26th – May 5th.

I appreciate my customers very much, and want to continue to offer the same level of service as is expected from Gladius Offroad, so I have put in place procedures that I felt would serve us all the best during this time.

I am leaving the site open for orders to still be placed, but all orders will be delayed. I will do everything in my power to ship all orders received before April 26th, before I leave, but it is not always possible in all cases. Orders placed on April 25th or after will most likely not ship in time. Feel free to ask before, if you are in a hurry. 

Emblems – My daughter will be working some while I am gone, to help get stuff cut, to speed up orders when I return. She may even ship out some of the more simpler orders. I will begin cutting, assembling, and shipping emblem orders, on May 6th. Orders will be shipped in the order they come in. 

Tailgate Brackets – Antenna and tailgate brackets will be shipped by May 6th, but possibly sooner as my daughter will be helping out some.

Email/Messages/Support – During this time I will do my best to respond to existing customers needing support but responses may be delayed.  I will not be available to answer questions on colors, designs, and such or do custom design work during this time. I will begin responding to general messages on or around May 6th, this inlucdes sending out proofs for custom orders received while I was gone.
